OUR TEAM

Cody Miller, Founder and CEO

With a firm belief in the transformative power of coaching, Cody has dedicated himself to helping teams recognize, address and surmount their cultural challenges. Having experienced firsthand the positive shift that leadership tools can bring about, he is passionate about guiding servant leaders to nurture healthy, collaborative environments.

Cody's journey into leadership coaching began as a cohort participant while he was an executive of a large construction company in Southern California. After witnessing the powerful results of the coaching throughout that organization, he was hooked. He began his journey as a professional coach MPWR Coaching, where he played an instrumental role in establishing its reputation as a respected name in the industry. However, as his vision evolved, he saw an opportunity to further expand the reach of coaching principles, leading him to lay the foundation for Elevate Coaching. MPWR continues to flourish as a brand synonymous with quality content while Elevate represents the realization of Cody's expanded vision in leadership development.

Over the years, Cody has consistently demonstrated a profound understanding of the dynamics that shape both personal and professional spaces. His credibility is further underscored by his own commitment to receiving coaching, ensuring the integrity of his own coaching practice.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Cody's life is richly flavored by his close-knit family. He cherishes the joys of being a husband to Shauna and a doting father to their three rambunctious boys, Milo (6) Kasen (3) and Renley (1). Outside the professional sphere, Cody and Shauna share a mutual love for discovering new restaurants or quaint coffee shops before heading off to manage the chaos of their three boys at a local park.

At the core of Cody's philosophy lies a simple yet profound truth: empowering humans, both in life and business, leads to a cascading effect of positive and unpredictable change.
